It took forever to receive this item from this seller. I read it would be a while, but I might have gone bald before this Dryer finally arrived. It was banged-up & wrapped in Glad Wrap with fingerprints on it: strange! I think it's the best Dryer at the best price, if you're young enough to wait that long. Be prepared & hold your breath. It's easy, simple & responsive to operate. Puts out good heat & the button controls function well as opposed to my old "Verlon" hair dryer whose button controls were virtually impossible to work. Loved this hair dryer. Light weight, good heat and cold shot. But today it burned up becuase I could not get out the dust behind the screen,. Usually you can take it off and can clean. I had been using tweezers to pick throught the screen but could not get all of it. I think some trickled through the screen to the motor. I like the conair brand so just may buy one that shows you can take off the screen at the end. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star. ... show more
