The cats are thrilled with this. It's covered enough to give them a little space to hide away when they want, but not so closed off we can't check on them when they're in there, which is nice. Putting it together was mostly easy, the one complaint I have is that the fabric for the outside of it is VERY tight around the frame, which made it very challenging to get it on the frame. Other than that, though, it got the seal of approval from the cats, so that's the most important part!

putting the frame together was fairly simple, but getting the bottom zipped up around the frame was a little trying. had to undo it the first time to make sure the zipper wasn't being forced open at the base, and once i put it back on the second time when the zipper had a head start so to speak, it zipped right up. i diiiiid think this was black and white, but upon closer inspection of the ad, it does indeed say gray! i have a black and white rabbit who this is for and i was only a little bummed it didn't match him perfectly, but it's really not a deal breaker. the house is sturdy and soft and he really seems to love it. came with two extra connectors but no extra rods. again, the diagram included made it really easy to assemble and the extra parts are a nice touch just in case of catastrophe, as unlikely as that seems. the opening is actually big enough to fit both my small dogs, one being a fox terrier chihuahua mix that's at least 25lbs, so if my bunny rejects this over time, at least it can still be useful with my other two.

I recently brought home an imperial shih tzu puppy who is very small. I got this little house for her play pen. It’s perfect for her but it is a bit cheaply made. The zipper almost didn’t hold all the way and split at the end unfortunately. But it was very easy to put together and it was very obvious what was what. Great little addition to her safe space. Very demure very cute and she loves it . Recommended

I was unboxing something a few months ago and I set the empty box on a shelf. My cat jumped in and refused to give it up, so I decided to see if I could find her something better. This cat house was about the same size and looked nice. I followed the instructions and the poles went together in about 5 minutes. Then the cover slips over and the bottom zips shut. Then there is a fluffy bed that goes in the bottom. After I assembled it, I replaced the box with this house and she has been inside it ever since. She took right to it. It seems like decent quality so it should last her a while. Unzip the bottom and the cover slips back off ready to wash. Great little cat house.

The directions were well written and easy to follow, which made assembly a breeze. Oddly, they sent an extra connector of each type, while I would be more worried about the poles breaking during assembly than the connectors. Thankfully, they were sturdy enough I didn't break anything, but if they're going to send 'just in case' parts I would have appreciated the poles more than the connectors. It feels very soft and cozy, I'll have to see how my cats like it.
