This is a very well made microscope. It works very well and is a steal at the price. Crystal clear imaging. I am very pleased with my order. I did have an issue with the order in the beginning due to missing the camera but the seller has amazing customer service who was very responsive and resolved my issue rather quickly and I am now waiting on it to be mailed. I was very satisfied with how responsive they were and helpful. This is an amazing research grade microscope which will out perform any exspensive lab microscope.     • Great microscope, just needs better instructions.
The microscope itself is amazing and with all the correct pieces and software, you can do some awesome things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came with a disk instead of a link to download the software to use the eyepiece. And the instructions didn't really give good instructions on how to set it up. But they did state in the instructions to email them if you can't use the disk. When I emailed they were very responsive. The first link they sent didn't work but they provided other options based off if I had a Mac or PC and they gave me the correct software for my Mac and it worked. It took a while to position it correctly though to actually see something on my screen but I figured that out as I kept playing with it. The instructions weren't that great but the product itself was well worth the investment. ... show more

My item just arrived yesterday and i tried to get it working, so far i have been able to get item working. The manual is of less importance, and it is making it difficult to get one set up the phone connection. I wish there was an effective manual. If anyone has a solution on how to install and get the phone connection working, please let me know. I notice the eyepiece head can only rotate (but unstable) with the holding screw unlocked, it thus makes it very unstable and difficult. Picture quality is good, 3rd eye, and PC connect, good too. Now we shall watch how it holds up in the next weeks when subjected to sample examination. ... show more

    • Do not count on the camera working I have also seen similar complaints as mine.
Overall, I love the microscope it works really well and I'm learning more each time i use it. I had to order and external drive to download the software to my laptop after days of trying to get the electric file sent to me with absolutely no response. So, i downloaded the software and bam the camera won't work so i just gave up on the camera which is very disappointing because i have bad vision and it would have made it a blessing. So, i guess i will have to order another camera from someone else which is very unfortunate because of paying for one with the microscope. And please don't tell me all I had to do is reach out to you i did with no results so if you want you can reach out to me. ... show more

All the screws holding the head mount on were floating loose in the microscope and one was missing It feels a bit cheap in the action of the stage but for the money good value

Great scope for the price, could use a top-mount slide illumination and a device cover should be included, but overall I am very satisfied.

    • Does not come with owners manual
Bought this for home schooling and found it has no instructions. The manual is on a little cd, and can only be opened via Microsoft which I don't have, so I down loaded Microsoft 365, it still will not work the name of the microscope is no where to be found. I might be sending it back
