I purchased the cheapest struts I found. After placing the order, an hour later Amazon hadn’t charged my card yet. I sent a message to the seller letting them know I would be locking my card and maybe we can schedule a payment so I don’t have to leave my card unlocked for too long. The charge went through right after I sent the message but the seller replied a few minutes later anyways. That was my first experience with customer service. The parts arrived 2 days early which coincided with a few sunny days in between snow storms. The outer boxes had some damage but the parts inside were in perfect condition. The 2 bigger boxes were opened first and one of the struts was compared to a front strut on the car and it didn’t match. This morning I went on Amazon and hit the button to return the order. Within moments I had a return label and just needed to go to the UPS store to drop the parts off. The UPS store guy told me I needed an additional label and to call Complete Struts. Within 2 minutes I was on the phone with a support guy who spoke clear English and told me it would be no problem. He looked up the order and asked me to read the part numbers off. I read off the 2 part numbers that didn’t match the front struts on the car. He told me those were the rear struts… I then headed back and replaced 4 struts in record time, canceled the return, and am impressed by the quality, service, and delivery speed. Overall, I was the only problem in the entire transaction. I’m thankful to the customer service guy at Complete Struts for setting me straight and answering the phone quickly. Amazon made returning what I thought were incorrect parts very easy, thank you Amazon.
