The box included is good. A little on the large side but good. Machining on the aluminum could be better but this is an inexpensive kit. Cables are trash. Power cable is more rubber coating that copper. I would under no circumstances run this to relocate a battery to the trunk. Maybe I’d use it to run an amp but that’s about it. Box could’ve included grommets for the pass through of cables. I’m not the biggest fan of only the tie down bolts as securing the box. I’ll likely add 4 more(1 on each corner) to secure the box better to chassis.

Aluminum panels are rough cut on edges, sharp will cut you. No instructions for assembly, rubber vent hose doesn’t fit plastic 90° elbow.. Once assembled decent battery box, will need edges cleaned up.

The box is nice, the kit isn't totally worth it though, not sure I'm going to use most of it. Also, the picture shows a Grey metal box but they sent me a blue one. If you can find just the box sold somewhere I would go that route.

I generally happy with the value of the tray, and mine was cheaper because it was a returned item. But I see why it was returned and someone should have caught this if they inspected it. The 3 holes in the tray for the screws that hold the clamps are not threaded like they are supposed to be. I’m just going to tap it. Really no point in returning. Nice piece overall.

Box should have instruction for how to asseble so it fits the tray. Nice box otherwise and less expensive than others I researched. DO NOT USE THE WIRE Use only for a stereo amp or something. Will not start the car due to voltage drop. Pic of wire provided on the left. Hardly #6 AWG. The #2 AWG size I purchased on the right.

I ordered one from American Muscle, wouldn't take the Type 59 battery out of my 1999 mustang, lost out on return shipping. Ordered one from Jegs, same issue and lost out on shipping. Finally found this one on Amazon Prime, its perfect! Should have ordered this one first. Be aware that the box is grounded and when fooling around with the positive terminal you might spark your wrench if you are not careful. The end of the positive lead will need to be attached to a terminal in the engine bay to power your fuse box you'll need to attach it too, I purchased a dual post terminal also from Amazon worked perfectly.
