Dryer was well packaged and still arrived with a couple of cosmetic dings. We've used the dryer a couple of times and are not concerned about the dings. The dryer still works great and there is a small learning curve to knowing which setting to use. It did take two of us to lift the dryer up onto a table. We are not venting it outside and I don't see any issues to not venting. We would buy it again.

Not sure what to do. These dryers are big and bulky. Don’t have a box to return. Terrible quality. I knew it would not last years but 3 loads and it doesn’t hear anymore!? Unacceptable.

This item isn’t as advertised it doesn’t reverse tumble and the door is poor quality it is loose and makes noises, when I reach out to the seller the response was as if I have never used a dryer before telling me the items in the dryer can make noises on the tumbler drone … it’s the poor quality of the dryer when I pushed the door fully closed the noises went away… it’s not the items in the dryer sheets don’t make noises. The dryer also damages my new sheets .

After set up , I tested the dryer and heard an unusual louder than normal tumbling sound coming out of dryer when it was drying my clothes. The previous dryer that I had purchased and set up encore this one did not make this tumbling sound
