Good price - Works well - fairly quiet
The price is good and it produces excellent bullet-shaped ice in mere minutes. It keeps up fully with regular family use, but would require pre-storage for a major event/party. Much quieter than a much pricier ice-make I returned. I am delighted with this purchase.

No response from no one or anything has not been done to resolve this issue.
You're not by this ice maker. It broke after 3 months of having it now. I can't return. It is this past return date and no one seems how to get a replacement for this item Under its factory warranty.

These Chinese people should get an American to write instructions

It works good so far but it’s only been a few weeks so I’ll check in later but the quality seems decent to be made by 6 year olds in Chinese sweat shops for two bucks a day! ;) the only reason I don’t give 5 stars now is cause I got a migraine trying to read and understand the assembly instructions and operation manual which is only like 5 pages but 😬! And the plastic wrap covering all the stainless exterior took like several hours to remove! And there was 2 of us taking it off
