The control panel is a breeze to use. There aren't any convoluted buttons. One look at it, and you'll know exactly how to operate the machine. What's more, it lets you customize the thickness of the ice cubes. I usually set it to level 1, and the ice cubes stay frozen throughout the day. The blue light can be easily toggled on and off with a single button.

I recently purchased this ice maker , which comes with a fitter and connection accessories , it was very easy to install , My child was curious how the ice making ... so we watched how it produces ice cubes , that was very fun . the ice making speed is about 15mins , it is very quiet , ice cubes are clear, this ice maker is perfect for my family ,i highly recommend it .

Out of the box works great! Solid cubes that fill the box in about 6 hours. Didn’t adjust any settings as that works well for me. Perfect for behind the bar of a busy restaurant. Value for money: In two weeks I have recouped 1/3 of the cost by not supplementing my other 2 machines with bagged ice (not to mention trying to get delivery)!

After installation it would not make ice. Had ice machine repair man look at it and it was shipped with no refrigerant in it. Amazon sent a new machine and that one has the same problem.

I purchased this commercial ice maker for our school. It's super handy for both the students and the kitchen staff to grab ice for the cooler on a daily basis. We've placed it right in the school's classroom building, and let me tell you, the students are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the ice cubes. The kitchen crew also relies on these ice cubes for whipping up certain dishes. This ice maker has an insanely large ice - making capacity. After reviewing many ice machines-i settled on this one. I have a small business- (bar and grill) this unit keeps up just fine. I love the fact that the ice size can be changed. Shipping was fantastic- arrived ahead of schedule. Instructions were simple enough. Definitely worth the $! As I said so far so good. If things change I will update my review!
