Absolute joke of an ice machine. Buy it if you like chasing your tail to have enough ice. Will produce 50% of daily rating, 100lbs at best. Ice bin is terrible, smaller due to more plastic housing and ice catches up-right and stops the function of makinf more ice. You will get 15lbs of ice at best in the bin. You are far better off buying a smaller model that will fill ice to the top of the bin vs this trash. Only real positive is it de-ices fast. Wish I could return it and save myself the headache.
