This is my second one of this brand/style. It's not the same brand but you can tell it is just white labeled for other sellers. It makes ice quickly, and was a drop in replacement for my old one that I had for 5 years. For this price point, It pays for itself quickly and you get years of value out of it before they are ready to be recycled and replaced. The cons are it is difficult to clean the internal parts where the ice production happens. But with maintenance and spraying with food grade ice machine cleaner every few months it stays pretty healthy and clean. The only annoying thing is if the power goes out and you forget to re-turn it on you won't have any ice if you are not using it on the daily. We mostly use it for ice for coolers on a weekly basis, so this is frustrating when this happens. All that said, highly recommend! Can't beat the value, and fast ice production. ... show more

Overall decent value but not without issues. Makes Ice makes it well but the drainage pipe is an issue and you end up having two kind of do it manually every time you want to clean or empty the ice machine. We are totally happy with this ice maker! It has been running non-stop for over a month on our tiki bar area outside. It’s quiet and fast! We had a lot of guests and went through a ton of ice for drinks and coolers. I would buy it again!
