The fitting on the ice machine itself was missing the insert ring & clip, I had to get a fitting to make it work but would have changed it out anyways since it was plastic, so not a big deal. Overall, it made ice and a matter of minutes and keeps making a steady amount.The ice was thick and overall solid, better than I expected not hollow ice. It came with a scoop. I ordered some bags for it very pleased with this purchase. And would get it again, perfect size for under a countertop, but I leave it outside.

We are totally happy with this ice maker! It has been running non-stop for over a month on our tiki bar area outside. It’s quiet and fast! We had a lot of guests and went through a ton of ice for drinks and coolers. I would buy it again!

It's a nice machine and the installation wasn't bad but it really isn't what I was looking for as far as ice for drinks. The ice drops and stays in big chunks so you have to spend too much time breaking it up. This is better for coolers to me.
