I bought the ice machine and it worked perfect for three months then is started throwing code went through everything with customer support they said that their nearest repair man was an hour and a half away and he would not come I offered to take it to him and never heard anything back I got busy and let it go for a couple months called again no record of my first call and start the whole process over end result same thing service man is an hour and a half away he won’t come that far and that was the end of that I did get somebody that offered to send the parts but that faded away as well so here sits in my warehouse this hunk of junk taking up space and none of my local people know anything about this machine or where to get parts. ... show more

It is hard to believe that the cost of purchasing the it was half the price of similar ice makers from other companies.
