It is really amazing that a ice machine can be delivered and work!! It really does and makes ice in Texas. However, the one we got only had a 400lb storage bin, so make sure they deliver the unit you ordered. THE BIG DEAL is: I purchased the Asurion protection plan that was offered on the same page as when I was clicking to buy this machine. it stated: "Protection Eligible, This item will be covered by your Multi-device Protection Plan." AND IT STATED it was covered. I have done some research since then. Commercially used items are not covered by Asurion protection plan. even though AMAZON prompted me to buy the insurance when I was buying this exact Commercial Ice Machine 800LBS/24H,with 650LBS Large Storage Bin,Ice Ready in 5-15 Min, and even now when I look back at my invoice the words "Protection Eligible, This item will be covered by your Multi-device Protection Plan" appear at the bottom of the invoice. I have spoken to Asurion Representative just now, and he stated if this ice maker is used at my residence and no way commercially used then it is covered. if it is for commercial use it is not covered by Asurion protection. (the insurance that was prompted for me to purchase at the time of this purchase) This is misleading to a lot of buyers. I then stated to the Asurion representative that the title of this ice maker states the word "COMMERCIAL" so is that also going to cut me out of Asurion coverage even though I use this my residence? he said just because it states the word "COMMERCIAL" is okay. it is where you use it. SO BOTTOM LINE IS: if you have this for commercial use and you purchase the "ASurion insurance and even thought it states; This item will be covered by your Multi-device Protection Plan." It won't be covered. you must get the B2B insurance if commercial use. and I don't know where that B2B. it appears he said if you have business account on amazon then you will get a prompt for the B2B insurance. which I don't have a business account. so make sure you get the correct insurance for your purchases and where you use them.

I was shocked when this showed up two days early – Amazon said next week. The packaging was next-level secure, no shaking or loose parts inside. These bags are strong and big, they fit so much ice and make it easy to stock up. The strings are strong and it’s a decent sized pack.

These ice bags aren't as thick as Ziploc freezer bags, and the string tie doesn't seem as secure as a zipped bag. But these bags do hold a lot of ice and would work for bagging up extra ice for a party, etc. If a person wanted to transport one of these bags in an ice chest for a picnic or tailgate party, I would worry that the bag would leak all over the food in the chest, once the ice began to melt. Not too sure these were worth a dollar a bag, but you can decide that. Would I order them again? No.
