Working great to store some food while my main fridge is down. It is bigger than I had expected but still works. Arrived in perfect condition. It can even work as a fridge if kept on the lowest setting. If I run out of frozen foods, I can turn it down and use it for a fridge till I can restock it. Very happy with this fridge. It works and wasn't expensive. It was,damaged but only superficial dents. I waited twenty four hours after uprighting it to plug it in. Seems to work well. It has plenty of room to fit all my meats and vegetables. I've had it a week and it's still fine so the shippers must have only dropped it down one flight of stairs before getting it here lol. If its still working by the end of this year I'll bump it up to five stars for being tough. I have had no problems with this freezer so I bumped it up to 5 stars. ... show more

I bought this because I have five pythons, and wanted a separate freezer for their food. Rats, quail, that sort of thing. (You don't want to see that when you're getting your chicken pot pie.) Keeps them frozen solid. It's in a corner of my laundry/utility room, I can't hear it even right outside the door, my electric bill didn't go up at all, and it came in perfect condition. This was purchased as a back-up freezer for cellar installation. It arrived with several dings and dents in it, having been handled carelessly by the delivery agent (I know because I was watching as they dropped it off the dolly twice), but the cosmetic flaws don't make it any less cold, and it works as well as an expensive model. As it was delivered upside-down (I suspect the "THIS WAY UP" markings were seen as a deliberate challenge to the delivery people). I made sure to let it sit for 24hrs before turning it on. The freezer turned up and the packaging wasn't that damaged in the spot where the items was damaged - but the freezer had a massive dent in it. I tried it to see if the thing worked - it did. But WHY should I pay full price for a defective item. I contacted the seller. I explained that the freezer works - but they should agree to give me a discount - or I will return. I received a message from them the next day saying "they will look into it". Then a week or so later "they are having technical difficulties and will get back to me later". The seller knows what they are doing. I will return the item - and purchase from a different seller. BUY AT YOUR PERIL. TERRIBLE Service ... show more

This came dented on the top in 2 places. Seems like they come that way. Not a big deal for me but I have a couple other concerns. There was a bag of hardware that came with it but there was no mention of it in the users manual. So I have no idea what it’s for. The other problem is that the users manual talks about the drip tray when defrosting the unit. There is no drip tray, no picture of it in the manual but the manual says clearly “slide out the drip tray to empty it”. So I’m wondering if this is even the right manual for the unit! I only just plugged it in so I have no idea how well it will work. May have to update! ... show more
