This microwave oven fits my needs exactly! I have recently changed the decor of my kitchen and my old white bulky microwave didn't fit anymore. I was looking for one that was all stainless steel and smaller so that I could have access to more countertop space. I looked around a lot and most microwaves came in black, white or some other color. This is the only one that was listed as completely stainless steel. The advertised image doesn't do it justice. It looks much better in real life. The size is perfect and it looks very sleek. It's not cheap but I am hoping it will last for a while. On the plus size It doesn't make too much noise and it looks great. My only concern is the door latch/button, it feels a bit flimsy but only time will tell. Also, the touch buttons on the display aren't as clearly visible as I would prefer but overall this is a keeper. ... show more

I am pleased with this microwave except for two things. The control panel is VERY difficult to see, read & use - especially for low-visioned persons such as myself. The control panel background is black with gray numerals. Who thinks of such a stupid combo?? I wonder if manufacturers ever consider consulting with a low-vision specialist when they design things? I ordered the Stainless Steel "color". Well, it's not. So if you really want a stainless exterior, this is not it. It's black. The only stainless color is that horizontal strip across the lower front. Period. If I had known that this was going to be mostly black, I'd have ordered black. In the pictures, it appears that the control panel would be easier to see, read & use. Overall, the item works well, fits in my space, & was easy to set up. But the control panel is a serious design flaw & it's NOT stainless steel!!! ... show more

I've had it for nearly a year now. Still working. Easy to use. Noise is normal microwave level of noise haha. Looks like a nice microwave, doesn't look cheap. Good quality heating. Works great.

I bought this guy almost one full year ago last February. Just days after my window to return to Amazon passed (i asked, they wouldn’t help me) we came home from someplace and the microwave had turned it self on and was blistering hot. Lord knows how long it was like that - it could have burned our home down. From there, it wouldn’t turn on. Then when we could get it working, it would not turn off! This company does not have a consumer facing division that will help you. They farm support and warranty out to Equity Brands who made me cut the cord off and do other warranty process things and send it all in via email. No one replies of course. I called to follow up and they said they got it. Now 11, months later after purchase I have called several times and they state my claim is in process and I’ll get a notification when my replacement ships. I’m about to sue this company for selling defective products that can burn homes down and Ignoring warranty claims. 10 months without a warranty replacement or an individual that cares.
