Horrible. do not bother ! super loud purchased a floral cooler as a business. #1 signage is complete, says fresh flower and not fresh flowers #2 cooler freezes so we cannot use it for fresh floral #3 unable to get ahold of the company so I guess were just out the money! Contact info for support does not work, just pulls an error #4 They were supposed to deliver with a days' notice we got under 30 minutes. And no lift gate #5 The water reservoir is not large enough for a floral cooler and getting to it to dump is another whole issue. its bolted down and under 12'' x 10'' x 4 deep. #6. DO NOT BUY Initially very happy...until it broke and the cabinet separated from the base of the fridge after 1 year. I was advised there is NO labour warranty coverage and only parts coverage (read the small print). The company is happy to supply labour at $95 an hour starting from when their tech. leaves the warehouse..in Texas...I live in MD...brilliant! So then I was told I now don't have any parts coverage as the cabinet is not considered 'part' of the fridge...who knew that? It's not listed in the ad. as an exclusion. So essentially if you buy then then expect zero help if it breaks. Even if the compressor goes you will be in for a repair cost far greater than the fridge value.
