If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS! One of the legs it comes with is designed incorrectly and won’t fit, so you’ll never be able to put this futon together fully. Amazon customer service has been useless as they first say it’s sold by Amazon, but that there’s no option to get in touch with the manufacturer via Amazon as it’s a third party manufacturer and I have to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer NEVER answers the phone and they have not responded to emails, I’ve told Amazon this numerous times and all Amazon says is to keep waiting. Then they say since no one has responded that they can offer me a partial refund for the wrong/missing part, which is pointless since I can’t use this as I can’t assemble it without the missing part to begin with. This whole experience over what should’ve been a simple futon purchase has been a NIGHTMARE and Amazon refuses to do anything about it that would actually help. If I have to I will be disputing this charge with my bank and Amazon will just have to suck it up to their poor customer service and handling. ... show more

    • Hard as a rock but perfect for my camper

I bought this knowing it would likely be uncomfortable, but it was only $100 and almost exactly what I needed for my small camper. It was hard trying to find a futon small enough - when this is a sofa it only takes up about half my camper space and that is precisely what I was looking for. I am 5'2" so the length is pretty much perfect. I have a 2" mattress topper I put on top and along with my sleeping bag makes for a comfy bed. I will leave the topper on all the time since the couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Setup was easy and took about 45 minutes by myself and I like that I can move it around in two pieces if need be. Plus there is enough space underneath (10") for storage, which I really need in such a small camper. My usage is obviously not one that will be of use to most people, but thought I would share why it works for me. Sofa or slideout beds made specifically for small campers are really expensive ($1000+) and I just couldn't justify the cost. ... show more

I was skeptical ! Price was great but I was so worried about the quality… and this little futon did not disappoint! It’s compact, it’s small but that’s what we wanted . Took a bit to figure out how to put it together ( instructions were mediocre) but once I did one side the other was easy. It’s super cute in my daughter’s dorm under her lofted bed and left just enough room for a side table. It easily converts to a bed. ( ideally Sleeping 1 person) She also loved that you can adjust the backs of the futon to lean so you can have a cozy movie night . The little arm pillows are not really necessary and they were pretty thin . Great for small spaces , and people not over 6’ tall . ... show more

1 star. 0, if I could. It's cheap, yeah. But don't let any of these reviews fool you. There's no cushioning. It's extremely small. It's kind of a joke how bad this couch is. It's like two pieces of plywood on some hinges. Looks nothing like the pictures. Amazon has become wish or temu.
