It is lumpy and small. I’m only 5’6” and feel like I’m sitting in a kids chair. It’s half the size of a normal recliner. It didn’t expand enough to tighten the cloth so the back of the chair has “loose skin”. I ended up making it a dog bed. Bozzly is happy.

I had searched extensively for just the right bean bag or similar cozy reading chair. After not finding anything I liked and sort of giving up, this chair was suggested to me on my Amazon home page. It's wonderfully comfortable!! I especially like the included ottoman and lumbar pillow. The box it comes in is HEAVY, but I was able to manipulate it into the house with the use of a small dolly/handtruck. Once it's out of the box, it's easy to move from place to place, and the grab handle on the back helps with that. I've seen that some reviewers complained that it didn't fill out correctly, but the trick is that you have to "clap" the armrests and back with your hands to encourage the memory foam chunks to separate from one another and fill out the cover. ... show more

Chair has rough, crumply cover that makes it look like broccoli and the back is disproportionately low. Photo shows it a full six days after unpacked so this is it fully ‘opened.’ Bigger problem is it comes vacuum sealed and does not even begin to fit back in the box, which is required to return it. I like the quality, it looks good and feels good but not appropriate for a tall person. I'm 6'1 and this is small for me and I bought the biggest size they had! Color is good, the back support is okay (comes with a small pillow so you'll need that for sure), it's pretty firm.
