So these were a gift for my grandfather to test out however I’m 5’11 woman with pretty big feet so I did try these on myself. Almost a 5/5 Let’s start with the one reason why it’s not 5 stars. The insole is not great. The insole makes them not super comfy but overall once you change those out to something you love the comfort is about a 8/10. They don’t breathe the greatest which is why I’d say it’s a 8/10. He loves them though after he switched the insoles out and says they are his favorite shoes. Not the greatest traction but good enough he won’t slip in normal conditions. Potentially a really slick oily floor and maybe mossy rocks sure but even a wet floor I doubt you’d fall on but maybe slip a touch so if you aren’t super stable then maybe you’d fall and my grandfather does have some instability and he feels safe in these. Quality seems mid. I say that because they are pretty lightweight and it’s like ummmm are these going to last?? Time is the only true test but he has worn these for almost a month and loves them. They look very nice and not cheap but of course you pick them up and it’s like hmmm idk about that. It says they are water resistant and that seems true but resistant isn’t water proof!! He does want to try to water proof them but doesn’t want to mess them up because he genuinely loves these boots. We go on hikes all the time and even flat trails can be tougher for him and he needs that ankle support. These provide that. No bad smell out of package which being pregnant I appreciate the most. Overall highly recommend these unless you want a strong heavy boot. These aren’t that but they are nice for flat trails maybe some rocks here and there trees etc. but decent ankle support is the main reason I decided these would be good for him and I was right 🥰

This review is for the Reimferce hiking shoes. I ordered the color black. They are lightweight trail shoes built for comfort and everyday hiking use. They feature a breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays for durability, along with a cushioned insole and flexible midsole for shock absorption. The outsole is made from a rugged, non-slip rubber designed to provide traction on uneven terrain. The overall construction focuses more on comfort and flexibility rather than premium materials, making them a practical and budget-friendly option for casual hikes and outdoor use. Out of the box, my first impression is that they look like nice but certainly budget tier shoes and don’t have a premium look. However, they are very comfortable to wear and have a good rugged sole on them. They fit true to size and provide solid ankle support. I do feel that the description is accurate in saying they don’t need any break-in time. They feel flexible and ready to hike in right out of the box. So far I’ve only been wearing them around the house (inside and out) and I’ve been satisfied with them. You can see areas that have been glued together rather than stitched, so it will take some time to know how they’ll hold up as we go camping and hiking. Overall, they’re priced fairly and I don’t really have any negatives to speak of. Just my normal concerns on how well they’ll hold up with constant use. So taking into consideration the price-point, being in the budget-friendly category, and how they feel, I’d give them a 5/5 star review at this point and recommend.

We ordered the size 12 for my son and they fit true to size. My son found them comfortable and attractive. The material was nice but not waterproof., hence the occasional hiker as opposed to a serious hiker... wet feet are no joke. My son said the traction was good, though again he was walking established trails.

I’ve had the chance to test the Reimferce Comfortable Men’s Hiking Boots on a few different terrains, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The biggest standout feature is the “zero break-in” claim—it’s absolutely true. These boots felt comfortable from the very first wear, with no rubbing or stiffness that you often get with new hiking footwear. The traction is solid across multiple surfaces, including loose gravel, dirt trails, and slightly muddy paths. I felt stable and confident even on uneven ground, which is exactly what you want when hiking. The ankle support is another highlight. It’s firm enough to provide stability on longer hikes, but still flexible enough to keep your movement natural. I didn’t experience any discomfort or fatigue around the ankles, even after several hours of walking. They’re also surprisingly lightweight for how durable they feel. Let start with the pros: THESE BOOTS ARE FOOT SHAPED which means ample room for your toes!!! They barely weight more than a sneaker, so they are not heavy and clunky. They have a nice padded tongue, metal(NOT PLASTIC) hooks above the eyes for lacing, and the color is as advertized. The best parts of these boots are above the soles.. The one con I have to talk about is the soles. They are too thin, if you step on a stone you will feel exactly what part of your foot the stone is under. Further, the foot bed is dead flat, I mean zero arch support AT ALL. I bought a pair of arch support insoles to try, and I expect that to make a ton of difference. For the price, if you have flat feet or are willing to buy some insoles, these are a good, maybe not great choice.

I’m really impressed with how comfortable these hiking boots are right out of the box. Usually I expect some break-in time with new boots, but I was able to wear these almost immediately without any discomfort. I like how lightweight they feel while still giving me solid ankle support. I’ve worn them on trails and also just for everyday outdoor use, and they’ve held up really well. The grip makes me feel more confident walking on uneven or slippery ground, which makes a big difference for me. The breathable material also keeps my feet from overheating, especially during longer walks. These boots made my outdoor time a lot more enjoyable and comfortable, and I find myself reaching for them more often than I expected.

These boots are great!! I was able to wear them on a hike with zero break in period. They immediately felt comfortable on my foot. I have a wide foot and these boots have an ample "toe box" so my foot was not crowded. They were snug and provided good ankle support. The tread is aggressive and allowed for firm footing on sand and gravel. I really liek the minimalist packaging. Who needs another show box? I had recently spent a lot more money on another pair of boots that ended up giving me blisters. These boots were great for my aggressive hike. I think they are great value
