Love this chair! Build quality seems great, pressure is good, and I like all the different functions and modes. The way it's even able to stretch you is amazing. I was skeptical because the price was so much lower than other massage chairs, but this is the real deal. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I had issues was finding the port to connect the remote. For anyone who is reading the reviews for help on where to find it, it's on right side of the seat, just above the foot massager. There wasn't any information about where to find it, so it took some searching before I found it. Aside from a 10 minute search of this port, I love this purchase. Hopefully this helps future buyers!

The Comfier chair is fantastic. The massage quality is excellent, though occasionally, the main rollers can be too aggressive, but they can be dialed back. The foot massage is also impressive, often leading to relaxation to the point of falling asleep in the chair. The overall build quality is superb—everything feels solid, and the unit has a substantial weight. 3 years warranty is terrific. This company is here to stay. I will definitely buy their product in future.

I have used numerous chairs that have ranged up to $8000. This chair is as good as any I have tried. PS. Unfortunately the remote video screen has stopped working a few days after my original posting. I am hoping their customer service will be timely in replacing the remote. Will update as this progresses. Here is the update. The company sent me out a new remote and I am comfortable that they stand behind their product.

This massage chair is truly great. I can't wait to get in it when I get home after a hard day at work. It relaxes me from head to toe. I love how it massages up and down my back while helping relax my tired leg muscles. I highly recommend this chair.

I have dabbled in various massagers and was surprised how affordable this SL track massager is and decided to give it a try. It isn't perfect, but it is an amazing value. There are several pre-programmed modes and they are all quite unique. Some are more relaxing and some are more intense. I will note that the intensity of the massage varies based on what position you have it in because your weight will be distributed differently. For me, the foot massager and lower back were too intense, but I fixed that by stuffing old T-shirts in there to add extra padding. I've used it every day since purchasing it and it is a good way to wind down the day or take a relaxing break. There are probably better massagers, but if you're looking for an affordable option or an entry-level massager this is a fairly cheap option.

Bought as a gift. Seems well built and controls are straight forward. There is no massage in the seat area but has heating element there which is great. Product has wheels so it has some mobility when cleaning. Delivery was easy. Company is also willing to stand by their products.

Let me tell you, this massage chair is a huge letdown. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it feels flimsy and poorly made. The noise level is unbearable—it sounds like a lawnmower! The massage features are all over the place; sometimes it feels good, but most of the time, it just hurts. Save your cash and invest in something that actually works!
