Dealing with roaches was one of the most frustrating home problems I have faced. These Combat bait stations finally solved the issue after trying sprays, gels, and other products that provided only temporary relief. This product eliminates roaches at the source by destroying the entire nest. The bait formula is specifically designed for large roaches and it works devastatingly well. Roaches are attracted to the bait, consume it, then carry it back to the nest where it spreads throughout the colony. Within days you notice dramatically fewer roaches. Within two weeks they are essentially gone. The nest elimination approach is far more effective than just killing individual roaches you see. The child-resistant stations provide safety and peace of mind. The enclosed design keeps pets and children from accessing the bait directly while allowing roaches easy entry through small openings. I can place these throughout my home including kitchen and bathroom areas without safety concerns. Responsible pest control that protects family while eliminating pests. Placement strategy matters for maximum effectiveness. I positioned stations behind appliances, under sinks, in cabinets, along baseboards, and anywhere I had seen roach activity. Using multiple stations in problem areas accelerates elimination. The 8-count pack provides enough coverage for a typical home or apartment. The stations are discreet and unobtrusive. They blend into corners and hidden areas without being eyesores. Unlike messy sprays or visible traps, these stations do their work quietly out of sight. You get pest control without turning your home into an obvious extermination zone. Long-lasting effectiveness is a major benefit. Once placed, the stations continue working for months. The bait remains potent and continues attracting and eliminating roaches for extended periods. This provides ongoing protection rather than just a one-time treatment. Set them and forget them while they keep working. The nest-killing action prevents reinfestation. Because the bait eliminates the breeding population, you break the reproduction cycle. This is true elimination, not just temporary population reduction. Without new roaches being produced, the problem actually ends rather than just being managed. I appreciate that this uses targeted bait rather than broad-spectrum pesticides that contaminate entire areas. The roaches consume the bait at the station and take it back to share. You are not spraying chemicals throughout your living space. More targeted, more effective, safer for occupants. Cost-effectiveness compared to professional extermination is significant. One package costs a fraction of a single exterminator visit and provides results that equal or exceed professional treatment. For ongoing prevention, simply replace stations every few months as needed. DIY pest control that actually works professionally. Works on various roach species. Whether dealing with American cockroaches, German roaches, or other varieties, the bait attracts and eliminates them effectively. Universal effectiveness across different roach types makes this a reliable solution regardless of your specific pest. The stations activate immediately. No waiting for special conditions or delayed effect. Place them and roaches start consuming the bait right away. Fast action means faster results. Within 24 hours you see roaches taking the bait. Within a week population drops noticeably. For anyone struggling with roach infestations, stop wasting money on products that only provide temporary relief. These Combat bait stations eliminate the nest and solve the problem permanently. Essential pest control product that delivers professional results at DIY prices. Highly effective solution.

I live in Alabama and I found the biggest roach I have ever seen in my life in my room, and my friend recommended this brand. I left these in my apartment, came back a week later (I went on a trip- was not escaping the roaches lol) and they were gone. I haven't had a problem since I used these and could not recommend them enough. Super effective, out of sight, and saved me from more roach trauma.

I bought this about two months ago because I started seeing roaches around my apartment after my neighbor kept leaving trash and food outside of their front door. In my 3 years living here, I’ve never seen more cockroaches until the last few months. I bought a 12 pack and put six traps around the apartment. One/two traps in each: living room, kitchen, bedroom, dining room, and my office. In the first month, I felt like nothing was working because we had found three different cockroaches running around our apartment, but after the second month, I started finding a bunch of dead roaches around the apartment. The way the trap works I believe, is that the roaches will go inside of the trap eat the poison and then bring it back to the other cockroaches and eventually they’ll die from the poison and it’ll spread. The trap is not sticky at all and it’s very simple to set it up. It’s not messy and the design is very simple and very sleek. I would say that the trap is not the fastest, but it’s very easy to hide from children or pets and it works very efficiently personally. I also use ortho bug spray and I spray my apartment at least once a month from the outside doors to the windows and all crevices I can find. This really isn’t a part of the review, but my biggest tip would be to dispose of the DEAD cockroaches by throwing them very far away from your home or by burning them completely. This is primarily because I have found two large roaches around my neighbors apartment front door and they had eggs attached to them. Even after pest control, my neighbors still had a hard time with those pesky bugs. So even if you kill them and you try to crush them as much as you can a lot of of those eggs could still easily hatch and you could still have a roach problem. I hope this helps anyone!

Easy to use, no mess, works about 65% . I have one in every bathroom, under every sink, under cabinets and couches, in garage and deck. Still see them. They can survive anything. I even bought the big one too. I really don't want to hire out because they make you do monthly contracts, then ads, calls, ugh.

Works. But I’ve seen big adult roaches when I open Amazon packages, then we pay to kill them. Their warehouses need fumigating. They’ll not know unless we tell them.

This product kicks A$$ !!!!! I read the reviews, looking for a product with lots of positive remarks, and this one seemed to be at the top of the list. Thankfully, my friends here at Amazon really came through on this one. Since moving into my current rental, I've been plagued with various "waves" of cockroach infestations, eventually discovering that a lot of them were getting into the house through the small lower openings in my front and side door. These beasts were huge, slow and disgusting, and the last thing I wanted to do was smash them with my foot. (Yuck. Who wants to use a squeegee to clean up your tile?) Eventually the landlord installed a rubber flap along the bottom of one door, and I learned to keep the other one closed for the most part. This stopped the larger ones from getting inside, but in the last few months I've been seeing smaller ones in my bathroom. (Late at night.) Finally, disgusted with the Fu@#$ things, I decided to go with modern-day toxins, and go on the attack. (All hail Ortho, Monsanto etc. Very un-green I know...but I'm not about to invite spiders etc. into my house to do the job "naturally.") BOTTOM-LINE, my beastly pets of "the slimy exoskeleton" are gone. The very first night, I actually caught the little beggars sneaking into the "trap" which means that Combat's bait is a good one, it really does attract cockroaches and it seems to begin working from the moment you set out the trap. Now ask yourself...how often, have you read the "hype," paid your money, then been PERFECTLY satisfied with the results? Very rare experience indeed, but for me, this is exactly what happened. I can only believe that my uninvited insects took the bait home, and provided their entire scraggly hoard with a much deserved "dirt-nap." (Funny...I don't feel any guilt at all!)
