  • Very comfortable
Color: Elk, Mountain Red Size: 8 Wide
I bought these hiking boots because I was going to Montana for a vacation and knew we would be doing a lot of hiking. These boots were perfect. We hiked almost every day for over a week and I didn't have any issues with blisters or pain. I bought the 8W because I have a bunion on my right foot and wanted to make sure the boots didn't squish my foot. No problems at all in that area. The only thing I would say is wear socks that cover your ankles because the top of the boot edge can rub a little in the ankle area. That would be my only complaint and easily remedied. Great boot for a great price. ... show more

  • love these boots
Color: Poseidon, Black Size: 8.5
love love love these shoes. I ordered an 8.5 and I normally wear 8 in sneakers. These fit perfectly at 8.5. Give me room for thick socks but feel fine with thin socks. Waterproof. Not too heavy. I wear them in cold and hot weather. I put a lot of miles on them and I love them. great boots. I got the turquoise color. I love them. I spent a long time reading reviews on many boots and comparing quality and price. I finally settled on these and I'm so glad I did. I've had my pair for about eight months I think. They still have a lot of miles left in them. But they are muddy and not as pretty now. So I came back to buy another pair to wear out when I want better looking boots. I'll keep using the first pair for hiking. ... show more

  • Fun color!
Color: Morning Mist, Nimbus Grey Size: 10
The boots are sturdy and well made. There is no slit for laces to run through the tongue so the tongue seems to stick out a bit. I ordered the light purple color, which I love. Not practical for serious hiking in dirty conditions but I bought these for one specific trip so I don’t care about ruining them. They are a bit narrow. I have a wider foot and they just fit, anyone with a very wide food should size up. ... show more

  • Great!
Color: Stratus, Canyon Rose Size: 10.5
I got this boot on sale for $75 - a steal! I’ve been using it for almost a year now, very happy with it. I live in Arizona and these boots do not get too hot even with wool socks in the summer (May be the lighter color I chose as well) They are slightly hard to clean dust off as they seem to absorb dust but hey who cares that’s what they’re here for! I will say I slightly sized up, as you are supposed to do with hiking boots, so I got a size 10.5 when I am normally a 9.5-10 and they have the perfect amount of extra space for thick socks/flexibility while hiking uneven terrain. Love the ability to give myself lots of ankle support too! ... show more

  • Great hiking boots
Color: Elk, Mountain Red Size: 8
I did a lot of online research before deciding on these hiking boots. These were highly recommended by a number of hikers. They turned out to be great for my winter hiking trip. Comfortable, no blisters, sturdy shoes! I walked a lot of miles in them over a few days, including icy conditions. I would say size up if in-between, these ended up being borderline just right. ... show more

  • Perfectly designed and executed hiking boots (also great for other uses)
Color: Light Sand, Peach Size: 7.5
I'm in my 70s with a lot of experience with hiking boots... I wanted/needed a "hiking boot" for other reasons and my older boots weren't ideal. I have a broken bone in my right foot and need to be able to work on re- landscaping and grading in my back yard resulting from several different projects. These boots are PERFECTLY DESIGNED AND EXECUTED! They are not only attractive, supportive, functional, waterproof and breathable, they provide excellent stabilization and support for the broken bone in my foot while also allowing me to make progress on my landscaping project. Columbia again rises to the top of the competition! ... show more

  • Overall, Gravy!
Color: Elk, Mountain Red Size: 8
Updating again because I'm awesome :-)- Well obviously I love these, but even to this day they look new. No busted seams, cracks or anything. I've upgraded my laces to elastic boot laces so I can easily slide these on without having to tie any laces, for those moments while you're camping and in the middle of the night when you gotta get up and go outside. Easy least, I love them. UPDATE#2!!!- Okay y’all so just for fun i’m giving you another update on these beauties. this summer i was a Rec Leader at an outdoor nature-centric Summer Camp. The park is a protected natural preserve and everyday i was walking at least 2 miles a day through wet grass, muddy slippery rocky trails, heavy rain, dirt/dust, climbing in & out of sinkholes of limestone rock, getting splashed on by kids in the pool, etc. i wore these EVERYDAY this summer because i was not about to ruin my sneakers for the job, summer is rainy season here and it gets SO HOT so i knew it just made sense to wear these. They help up fantastic. They still look new- nothing is loose or cracked whatsoever. they’re nice and tight and crisp, albeit a little dirty :)) just wanted to let you know how they held up with everyday wear and tear bc i definitely tested them this summer. and they remain strong :). I’m going to Tennessee in a few weeks and these will again be the only shoes i bring :) you just can’t go wrong. these are my go-to shoes for moments where regular sneakers just won’t cut it. still 1000% recommend. love these so much UPDATE!- so I’ve come and gone to Iceland with these babies as my ONLY shoes for the trip- a week full of hiking, exploring and campervan-ing. They did not disappoint! The slight concern on my first post was definitely my own problem, lacing them all the way or halfway never gave me any tongue-chafing again. I LOVE the lace hooks from the ankle up- it made taking the shoes off and on in airports a total breeze. I was in freezing temps, wore with some cheap wool socks, my feet were always warm. Lightweight you can run with no problems but sturdy to where you still feel supported. It rained many times while I wore them, I even had to step into a little river to cross and continue a hiking trail- the boots were submerged to where the icy water was halfway up foot level but my feet were completely dry, (I even stayed there a few extra seconds to test the shoe’s power) the outside of the shoe barely looked wet and dried shortly after that as if it never happened. Wonderful shoes- again for the price you just can’t beat them. Would highly recommend and purchase again in a heartbeat! ORIGINAL- These are so nice! I needed a pair of waterproof hiking boots for my upcoming Iceland trip in October, and boy am i impressed. Right off the bat they are super comfy and sturdy but still lightweight- (nothing like my Dr. marten boots i own that are stylish, but feel like bricks.) great grip on the bottoms, nice height too- not too tall where they chafe your ankles but not too low where they still support your ankles. Love the colors too- the red laces add a nice touch of color and the camel color is beautiful. Very well made, great quality, suede is nice and soft, no loose stitching or anything like that-these look built to last. So far ive only worn them out once to a local nature trail through the woods, and it rained a bit while i was out. (usually i wear sneakers on that trail and wobble over the roots and rocks)- but with these, i felt so secure as i walked, they were very comfortable to wear, and even after the mud and rain- They looked new straight of of the box. I'm guessing its the way its designed, but bottom of the boot did a really good job at keeping the debris Under the shoe rather than All Over it. My only complaint, and this could by my own issue and not the shoe's, is that while i wore them, i laced them up all the way. I don't know if this is how you're supposed to wear these, because the lace hoops really only come up to the top of your ankle, where your foot bends- and above that, there arent holes fr the laces but hooks that you can use to close up the boot more securely i'm guessing.- But when i did this, i did feel some discomfort on one of my feet from the inner ankle area where the laces felt too tight and were making the tongue of the boot kinda rub and press on my foot/ankle. It wasn't unbearable, but uncomfortable. Not knocking any points off the boot though, cause i can just adjust the way i lace them and maybe i wont have that issue anymore. Overall, for the price and quality, these boots are tough to beat in my opinion. They get the job done, and they seem like they will last a long time. Im happy with my purchase. I will come back and let you guys know my experience with these in Iceland! ... show more

  • Best Hiking Boots !!
Color: Blue Dusk, Admiral Size: 8
Ordered these and got them a day before my 10 day Iceland trip and they have been AMAZING! True to size, I didn’t size up or down from my regular size. Didn’t even have to break them in and I’m currently on my trip writing this review so you could probably just understand how satisfied I am by that.
