The media could not be loaded. They made it quite simple right out of the package to put a gorgeous look together in minutes. The extensions came with a clip and extra fasteners to keep it in place. Very simple to attach and stays in place with the combs. Lovely, full and shiny waves. Thick but lightweight. Looks and feels like real hair and so soft. Easy to comb through (no fallout) and style.
