Great waterproof hiking shoe I'll be wearing for my morning walks thru the dew grass...this shoe is not heavy or bulky and will be perfect in keeping up feet dry. I wear a size 10 women sneaker and normally order a man's size 8.5. However, the toe bed is a little short and my toe is right at the tip in this shoe, I know I will not be able to walk comfortably in them so I'm sending these back and ordering the man's 9. I purchased these for their waterproof beds. That’s not the case. I wore them in a rain storm and socks and feet were wet because of the tongues material. I would say at best water resistant in a very light rain. Look for waterproof elsewhere. Can wear after rain has fallen and none expected. Fit comfortably. Can tread on light puddles at best. The comfort, slip, and water resistance were fine but they didn't last as long as other similar shoes that I've had. I don't wear them every day and 9 months in they are falling apart. I estimate maybe 500 disc golf miles on these and you can see the pictures. I am definitely trying a different brand for my next purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with these shoes. I decided to try them as my walking shoes for those rainy days in Hawaii. The shoes are quite comfy for distance walking. I generally walk 3-4 miles in my neighborhood for exercise and they were very comfortable from day one. It hasn't rained heavily yet, so I don't know how they're going to hold up when I walk while it's raining but for off and on rainy days, my feet and sock have remained dry, so far.
