The set-up was a breeze, two poles to insert, canopy over the top and click it into the bottom portion of the tent, place the stakes into the ground and tie the tent down. 5-10 minutes to set-up for two people. The reason I wanted to write the review is how water resistant it is. It was raining when we put the tent up around 7PM and it continuously rained until 2AM, it came down hard at times. I was worried that it will start leaking at any point and kept checking the tent for leaks. Not a single leak! Very pleased with how it held up during the 5 hours of rain (came down hard at times). Purchased a 6 person tent and it had plenty of room for two people with decent sized sleeping pads and room for the gear (actually had room for 2 beach chairs inside during the rain storm). Taking the tent apart was just as simple as putting it together and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the bag is actually big enough for the tent when it is not factory rolled-up. 3 night 3 1/2 day stay, rained on two occasions, not a single leak and the thing still looks brand new. I recommend this tent and would definitely buy it again.

Durable and spacious tent, went on a camping trip for 3 days, 2 days it rained pretty much non-stop, not a single drop in the tent. Lots of space inside, we fit queen and twin size mattress, along with a pack and play and still had plenty of space for out stuff. The wall pockets are really handy. Pretty easy to pack back into the original bag. The cons: No owning, so as soon you open the door rain gets in, and a double zipper for the entrance would be nice. Overall great buy for the price.

I LOVE this tent! It's roomy and tall enough to stand up in. The magnetic latch around the door flap is a nice touch. The only major con with this tent is that the rod that goes on top to hold the rainfly out over the door and back window is difficult to get into place. The second time I set the tent up, the rod pierced the rainfly and ripped it. I was devastated that my brand new tent had a hole in the rainfly. So, if you go with this tent, I'd recommend pushing the rod through and into place BEFORE you secure the corners of the rainfly down. Once it is under tension, this rod will poke right through the rainfly if you're not careful. Other than that, the tent is awesome and comes pre-sealed around most of the seams. I repaired the rip in the rainfly and it's not a deal-breaker so, I'd buy this tent again just making sure to be more careful with the rod through the top.

This is easy to put up with no "tied" connections. The bungie at the top makes it easy to put the poles up, and the clip ups work well. The rainfly clips into the pole attachment points. The carry bag is just slightly larger than necessary making it easy to pack away but not too bulky. The problems: the 2 straps that hold the rolled tent are thread-through straps. While they can be pulled tight to condense the tent, they will eventually get torn up and hard to use when they get dirty. Buckle clips would have been MUCH BETTER, and don't cost much more. The side walls are mesh. They are covered with the rain fly. BUT, the area above the door and the window on the opposite wall are also mesh. The rainfly does not cover them. This tent will not hold up to rain unless it is very light, and there is no wind. In a real rainstorm, like a summer mountain storm, the inside would be drenched. So even summer use would require an additional tarp to cover it. Also, the tent does not hold heat. I would not recommend this if the temperature is below 50 degrees.

The tent was actually really spacious. My wife and daughter fit in there fine. We put a twin air bed in there along with a cot and had our duffle bags in there with clothes and still had space. It rained the second day we were camping and it help up well, kept us all dry and very easy to setup and take down.

Great tent and when it was on sale I couldn’t beat the price. My kids love to have sleepovers I. The back yard in it! Just wish the bottom was a little thicker material as it got a slight tear in it after 5 uses, and it wasn’t even in the woods or on a rocky area. But still like the size and easy setup/tear down that even my 11yr old can do.
