Great stitching and construction, should be seriously waterproof - it's got Velcro straps around the wrists and a sealing flap behind the zipper (which does seem to get caught in the zipper if you're zipping too fast). Sizing is good if a little large, but I'd expect to be layering with it, so that's mostly expected. The shell material is very tent-ish and a little crinkly. Sadly only the 2 pockets (zipper closure on each), was hoping for an inside pocket or chest pocket for a phone/wallet. Hood is big enough to contain big hair lol, but cinches down tight.
