I'm hesistant buyign shoes online and these to me seemed a bit expensive, but honestly I have no regrets. I walked through a ton of muddy trails and in rain and it never got my feet wet I do think it is waterproof as it says. It is hard to clean the mud though since it has the mesh design which wasn't great BUT I love got it because it looked like a sneaker so that is the trade off. They are very comfortable and that is coming from someone who gets plantar fasciitis a lot. I ended up putting some insoles inside but without them I thought it was very good. I like the look and feel of the boots. They are very comfortable. Had them for about 2 months and they started coming apart at them seam. Use them for work, was very disappointed. I thought i just found my new work boot... NOT.

I like that they are definitely waterproof as advertised. The toe area is wider than some other shoes, which is good. I don't like pointy toed shoes as I have wide toes, but a narrow heal. The laces tie easily because they are like a normal shoe on the bottom, but on the top area are a "c-hook" that you can quickly hook the laces into. The mid/high top design helps stabilize your ankle areas. I'd say the only drawback is that the sole is not as substantially thick, so I had to get a larger size shoe so I could place two aftermarket cushioned insoles to avoid heel pain from lots of walking (I'm overweight by 20 lbs). The tread is a good cross between aggressive boot style tread design and regular running shoes style, so they have good grip w/o lots of mud and grass getting stuck to the bottoms. ... show more
