For the short reviewers: Very Comfortable: normally wear 11, bought 11.5, fit perfectly Very Warm and Dry: (see photos) in snow past the top of the boot, my feet never got wet or felt cold Very stylish: they look like you're wearing normal shoes/boots. not clunky or over designed snow boots for the peeps who want details: I bought these boots for a week long trip to Tahoe where we were expecting (and got) significant snow fall (11/6/22 - 11/13/22). we played in the snow every day. the first couple of days was the heaviest with constant snow fall while we were sledding and having snowball fights. you can see in the 2 pictures, I went from in the snow to under the snow. For the whole trip, my feet never felt cold (wore normal socks) nor did they ever get wet. in the submerged pic, my snow pants definitely protected from snow going over the top of the boot, but the rest of my feet under the snow had only the boots and they did their job well! when we got back to our room, loose snow came right off at the door and the boots never felt wet or soaked. my wife and son had a different style boot and they constantly tracked water into our room... I did not! These boot work very well in the snow! Didn't get to do any hiking on this trip so no info there (sorry) and it's only been one trip, so we'll have to see how they hold up over time. Ignore the haters and trolls who 1 star everything. These boots are great! (hope this helps)

These shoes are awesome! My socks stay dry everytime, great traction and very comfortable for hiking boots. Been on a half a dozen trips with lots of use and no issues at all and still like new. This is the pair you want and worth the money. I tried saving a few bucks before and ordered a knock off brand pair with good reviews and the soles came apart on my second trip! Don’t make the same mistake I did. The Columbia product is the one!

I like em, that’s about it. They look good with just about any outfit, are functional, and comfy. It maybe took me 3 days to break them in, if that. Highly recommend these. I’m not a shoe guy by any means but I know when my feet feel good. Size 13 Mens

Used this for two weeks in the snows of Sapporo over winter and a month of walking in Val d’Orcia and Dolomites, Italy, and Jungfrau, Switzerland. Very comfortable and light. Still looks good after heavy use. But the insole of the left boot started sliding backwards so, after a few hours of walking, I needed to remove the boot and adjust the insole. Otherwise, there is an annoying feel on the left foot’s toes. Hope Columbia finds a way to keep this insole firmly in place. ——- UPDATE After almost a year of use, and making do with the annoying sliding insole, I decided to buy some cheap (Chinese) replacement insoles. The difference is night and day. Have used these on light hikes in Italian and Swiss Alps, and winter ice and autumn treks in Hokkaido, and also city walks. Comfortable and style suits both pavement and mud (and snow).

Usually when you buy shoes online they aren't always exactly what you hoped them to be. I read the reviews for these shoes and were skeptical but I must admit these shoes turned out to be one of the best online purchases I've ever made. I wear a size 12 and my foot is slightly wide, I ordered a size 12 and the fit is perfect. Not too tight or overly big. It fits like a sneaker and I walk at least two miles a day so I needed something flexible and light but durable enough to withstand Chicago weather. The weather proof material wicks off rain, sleet, and light snow easily. Not too mention they're easy to clean as well. I would recommend an actual boot if you're trying to walk through more than six inches of snow as these are ankle high shoes and depending on your pants your feet may end up getting wet. The only small negative about this shoe is on the bottom sole it has a Columbia logo piece that feels as if it's made of like a soft foam and if you drag your feet a lot when you walk your sole can wear down rather fast. But other than that I'd highly recommend this item.

Not sure if they have a wide option but I now have two different pairs of Columbia boots that are not wide cut and they both fit good, if not a bit snug. If you have excessively wide or girthy feet then you probably need a wide cut (again, if avail). The green is very close to army green or ODG OD green Olive Drab Green. IYKYK

For my personal fit they're fantastic. Super light and as waterproof as you could want from this particular shoe. Warm for moderate temperatures but definitely need some warm socks if you plan on wearing them for lower temps.

Comfortable shoe, and breathable, but definitely not waterproof. Went trail hiking and had to step through a section where a stream had come up over the trail, and they sopped up water like a cotton sock.
