Honestly the best boots I've bought, I've put them through some heavy use for both work and hiking. They been through mud, dirt, sand, puddles pretty long hikes and never noticed i even had them on. Extremely comfortable, waterproof just as advertised and looks great. had them for about 2 years not and no problems with durability. Breathability is a 3.5/5 in my opinion but that comes with any waterproof boot, if you want breathability go with trailrunners not boots. Immediately trying the boots on my foot got warm. They run a little small so I would get a size up from what you think you need. They fit snug and comfortable not too tight although you can adjust laces if need be. They don’t feel too heavy, the bottoms are very thick and durable. Was cleaning off my car/shoveling for about 15 mins, snow half way up my leg and not once did my feet even get cold. Honestly very surprised with the quality of these boots given they aren’t bulky. These boots are a great value, nice looking and light weight. They're comfortable and easy to lace with one hook at the top before the tie. I'm also happy with the tread, in that they don't pick up a lot of mud & debris and haven't had any issues with traction. I've hiked nearly 50 miles in these boots over the last two months, and I can't say enough good things. From the flat and muddy trails of RI, to the steep rocky mountain trails of the White Mountains in NH, these have not let me down. I always have good grip, I don't need to worry about my feet getting wet, and they still look practically new (albeit a bit dirty in the photos). The soles and all of the materials have been holding up great with very little signs of wear. I expect these boots to last me a very long time. Most importantly, the comfort. For reference, I'm 5'10", 150lbs, and wear a size 9.5. I have a relatively narrow foot. These boots felt pretty comfortable to me straight out of the box, and now that they're well broken in, I barely even notice that they're on my feet, even after a long 5+ mile hike. Perfect fit. I like them so much that I already bought a second pair to keep on hand for when these eventually wear out. Overall, for around $50-$60, I couldn't ask for a better boot. Amazing value.
