Bought this hat on sale for $20 and at that price it’s a pretty good deal. Paying full price for this feels like you’d be paying for the brand. It offers decent coverage all around and the mesh helps cool your head. However, it does feel a bit flimsy, but that also has to do with the hat being lightweight. If you can find this at a reduced price, it’s a great hat. It’s perfect for hikes or any outside activity. The hat is comfortable and keeps the sun off my face and neck during high altitude hikes. The top is light enough to let air through, and the brim is sturdy enough not to fall in my face. The strap keeps it on my head in the wind. I like the red rocks color. I wish this hat had snaps so I could pin up the sides sometimes. I love this hat! I've had several others over the years including Columbia brands, but this is my favorite. The bill is not rigid, but not floppy like many hats, so it gives good sun protection to my ears and neck. My favorite feature is that this one is actually large enough for my head.
