The cinch is great and is a solid piece of tack. However, I ordered a 34in and received a 36in. I didn't notice this at first and just thought the sizing was off & wanted to return it, and was going to be charged 50% of the original price to return the item, even though I'm a prime member!!!! So, I was reconsidering just keeping it and maybe I'd eventually need it, that's when I realized the outer package said 34in & the item was labeled 36in! Once I realized this & contacted CS I was told the return would be covered, as it wasn't the size I ordered. So, check all the size tags upon arrival. ... show more
