I was pleasantly surprised by these windows! They are constructed well and installed easily. The windows slide freely and lock into place solidly. I found the frames to be plenty rigid, measured very true to size, and include appropriately placed drain channels. All of the joints and screws came sealed with silicone. The paint has a very nice finish and seems quite durable. The sliding portion includes a brush pile weather strip, which is a nice add. The included screws were even stainless steel. I anticipate many years of service life out of these windows in our treehouse.

Good value and quality. Easy to install, but you need caulk and sealing materials as they are not included. Also to avoid distortion in the frame, do not overtighten the screws or else you will cause a warped appearance. With windows open there is adequate airflow.

The strips that attach to the outside are wide enough to give you some wiggle room if your measurements aren’t exact, and the windows open and close easily. I added some trim and love how they turned out. The 24” x 36” was a good size for my 12’x16’ shop
