    • Works great, but alignment did not complete during scan
HP Envy 4520 (63 XL Black). After installing the cartridge I received a message that this is a reused HP Cartridge which is fine / expected. The alignment page printed fine, but as part of that process you are asked to scan that page to complete the alignment process... This part fails with a message that the process did not complete successfully, and only option is to print new alignment page or re-scan... as I recall I tried both with same result. The only way to exit that menu was to shutdown and restart the printer. This was a very minor nuisance and is not stopping me from reordering. Print quality is great and I expect them to last as long as normal XL cartridges. There was an expiry date on the box that was roughly 2 years out from date of purchase so they appear to keep a fresh inventory in stock. I wish there was some way to recycle the old cartridges (like Costco used to do before they stopped this service). The info included with the cartridges gave clear instructions, contact for support and gave me the impression they would address any dissatisfaction.     • The cartridges stop working when they are half empty
Half way through the cartridge ink, the printer decided it would no longer accept the cartridge as valid. Huge waste of money. Very poor quality. Not at all worth the money. Don't buy from this seller.

I always bought hp brand ink. I thought it was the paper when I went to highlight stuff and it would smear. After getting this ink I realize it wasn't the paper it was the ink. No smears with this ink!

These did not work on an HP printer!!! Despite what it says on the box and in the Amazon ad, this would not work at all on our HP 63 printer. We waited to long to try them out so now have lost our ability to return them and have lost $23! Do NOT order these!!
