Have only used this wagon for 4 travel baseball tournaments, and so far it works great. We are able to pack everything we need on this wagon. 10x10 canopy, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, fan, extra batteries, snacks, extra just in case essentials bag. It is easy to set up and fold away. The dimensions are a lie. I bought this because it is described as folding into a 35” long cylinder: 11.02” x 13.78”. It is not. It folds as a 35” long flat-ish rectangle: 12 1/2” x 21 1/4”

After 6months of purchase and maybe 30times of usage, the left wheel is not turning left. With weight or no weight in the wagon, the left wheel would not turn left. Contacted Amazon for help since it's passed 30days warranty. Seller and manufacturer is not easy to get a hold of or responding to email. Functionality would get 5 stars.
