I was Impressed. My mom who is 78yrs can open & close it. The Huge Wheels makes a difference &.... they actually swivel correctly. The side basket walls Stayed Upright and did Not Sag like others I've seen. Lastly, the handle does Not slap back like others do. It stays where you leave it. Awesome!!!

The dimensions are a lie. I bought this because it is described as folding into a 35” long cylinder: 11.02” x 13.78”. It is not. It folds as a 35” long flat-ish rectangle: 12 1/2” x 21 1/4”

After 6months of purchase and maybe 30times of usage, the left wheel is not turning left. With weight or no weight in the wagon, the left wheel would not turn left. Contacted Amazon for help since it's passed 30days warranty. Seller and manufacturer is not easy to get a hold of or responding to email. Functionality would get 5 stars. This double-decker wagon seems good quality , durable and has a lot of space ! ; it’s well made! Assembly is super simple; just pop on the wheels. The folding mechanism is fantastic for easy storage, and it’s far superior to many other wagons out there. It even comes with a cover for when it’s folded, which is a great bonus. The wagon has an impressive amount of space, making it perfect for trips to the beach or sports practices and games—exactly what I’ll be using it for.
