I bought this almost 3 years ago and still use it. It’s not an XL tub but it’s big enough that I use it for an 8lb pork butt, 4lb chuck roasts, fresh young chicken etc. I have never popped the plug on the bottom because I never needed too, but with that said, after using and I fill it to soak and clean it, the liquids never leak out. As far as the knife goes, I have never used it. I have nice expensive knives so I just tossed it aside. It looks like it would be perfect for veggies and small items. It’s a nice cutting board that can be a tub which is perfect for not making a mess on your counter when applying dry rub or sauce, or even doing a wet brine. Cleans easy and being collapsible makes it great for storage. The rubber has held up all this time and it’s a purchase I am glad I made.

This is one of the best things I’ve added to my camping gear. It collapses to save space and I love that the knife clips into the bottom so I don’t loose it. The knife seems to be good quality but I see it getting dull quick. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it doesn’t collapse quickly or easily and I see it wearing out so it gets a low score on durability. It isn’t a whole lot of work to collapse but not as easy as just pushing down on the top. You have to work with it to get it to fold in the right way. Other than that I love it, it holds water well, the cutting board works for my needs and due to its portability I will probably buy another. Very happy with the purchase.

I was instantly impressed with this combo. I liked the fact that the cutting board was also a bowl and being collapsing made it even better. The knife I wasn’t sure would be good but I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually a great knife. It became my main knife to cut with until it broke and fell apart. There isn’t enough of an extension of the end of the knife that goes into the handle to take even cutting a potato. Really stinks because I really liked it. Return window already closed so I’m just out of luck.

Purchased for my husband who loves to grill and smoke meats and he loves it. This is perfect for everything - marinating, carrying foods in from grill, resting meats, and cutting. It was a little smaller than I expected but thee seer hasn’t been an issue. The knife that came with it was good quality too.

We ended up returning this one because of the small size... I love the color but, the larger size doesn't come in this color... this one comes with a knife, that's kind of gimmicky... it says "Board with colander" that's not exactly the correct description... it's a chopping board/marinating tub with a drain! It does fold down flat, has nice sturdy handles but, we opted to return it for the larger size with the snap-on lid, rather than the knife, we didn't need... but if you need a knife, this is a good deal... you can cover this with Aluminum foil, if a lid is needed.
