Was SO excited to get the juicer - however as I was going to use it for the 1st time- it wouldn't work. Tried it many times and even went to different outlets even though we had no issues with our outlets or electrical box. Very BIG let down! First time user for juicer. Excellent large container with fine juice extracted. Compact for the counter. Quiet during use and love this feature. Safe to use and clean. Used it several times so far and each time improved on assemby to set up quickly. Great product. Only down side is cleaning tool for the filter does not do it all . I have been using a Breville centrifugal juicer for years and decided to try a cold pressed juicer. After reading the reviews I decided the buy this juicer and I was impressed with how much more juice I extract, how easy to load the fruits and veggies and how easy it was to clean the juicer. The media could not be loaded. I really like my juicer. It’s easy to clean and put away weekly. It was a little tight and hard to remove the metal filter piece but after the first few times it’s gotten easier. The little brush helps too. It does shake a bit but it’s not too bad. The juicer was just what I needed to start my juicing journey. Easy to use and clean. I discovered it comes in two sizes after purchase. I would of purchased the bigger of the two to add more things to juice at once.

    • Spend the money on a better machine.
Do not waste your money, I made the mistake of waiting to use the machine, so I missed the window of returning it. The machine is damaged after one use. It doesn't juice fruit whole and if you juice a lemon the whole container move and spins from the base. Very dangerous.
