But it is very for after a work out. theresome warnings against staying in extremely cold water for long periods of time. So please be Advised. I honestly would like to try warm water. Easy set up but this only lasted a few uses before the seams started coming apart and leaking…patches did no good when it’s ripped out on the seam.

At first I noticed the six poles are metal, which I like. Then that they are in two pieces held together by a little bungee inside. I didn't like wrangling with that much at first, but it does make the bundle smaller if you're going to be carrying it somewhere. The instructions are better than other similar products I've used, but are so tiny I couldn't read them even with glasses. I noticed when I was inserting the six legs that the holes feel stronger than the other tubs I've used; it's because they have grommets! So I feel more secure fiddling with the legs trying to get them in, but the extra thick part in the middle where the halves of each leg join you really need to coax some of the holes to get the legs through. I had a foot pump like this when I was young, and looked forward to using one again, but I couldn't make much progress with it so I used and electric pump and it filled up quickly. Be sure to plug in the first air plug and pump through the one-wave plug, or it will be tricky to keep the air in. When pumping up the top of the tub, at first it inflates into some horrible unnamed shape from your high school geometry class. But if you keep pumping in air, it begins to look like a circle. I went until I felt it was a little overinflated, then let out some air because I was worried it would stretch and weaken the plastic. The spigot attaches to the side of the tub (I don't know why there is a drainage hole on the side and another one in the bottom) and if you want to drain water away from the tub you can attach the extendable tube to the spigot. Unlike another tub I recently used, this tube fits snugly to the spigot. There is also a small inflatable bag included that is NOT meant to be inflated! You fill it with water, freeze it, and put it in the tub... at least that's the closest I've been able to discover for it's use. And there is a cover handy for keeping leaves and things out of the water. I believe you're not supposed to leave water in for an extended period of time, but since it's cold here, rather than fill it with ice we just leave it out overnight and then get in the next morning. I expected the tub to be a little taller, but this makes it easier to step into it. My 5'6" wife has no trouble getting in, and it's wide enough that if you're taller, you can just lean forward a little bit if need be. I'm just under 6' though don't need to lean forward. The material, especially of the tub itself, feels pretty sturdy. I wouldn't mind paying a little more to replace the plastics with something stronger, but this is an affordable way to make cold water baths available to beginners, or travelers who want to have ice baths available wherever they are, and at some point we may decide to get a more expensive one. So far, in this price range I think this is the one I've been most impressed with to this point.

Good size and good value if the product ended up being durable. Sprung a small leak at the faucet, not repairable due to location. Second issue was the outer cover started to rip immediately. Almost completely torn now causing a large bulge in the plastic. Finally the top tube will not hold air, seems the blow up spout wont hold a seal.

This is a nice, portable, sturdy little tub for one person. It's very light to put it where I want it, and was pretty inexpensive. That being said, cold-plunging is not for me. Even filled the tub with hot water, and it was still not for me. While this is probably good for anyone who already knows they enjoy warm or cold plunges, I will be giving it away.

There were no instructions, so putting it together could have been a little easier if it came with instructions. You definitely get what you pay for. This is on the lower end of an ice bath, so you will lack quality and durability. If you are on a tight budget, you can obviously make this one work. But if you have the money to spend, I would recommend getting a higher quality one. It is quite flimsy, even with water inside. If you get any rain or snow, the cover sinks right in so you will have to constantly brush it off (which is annoying especially if you only do a cold plunge once a day, you will have to go out more times to save the cover.) It could use some improvements, but again for this price point you are getting what you pay for.

This cold plunge was very sturdy. It was super easy to inflate and deflate. The measurements and sizing are accurate. This cold plunge is fairly priced for the quality you receive.
