I purchased this product in December of 2023. I used it for both my pets and myself. It worked really great for 1 year and had a 1 year warranty, but then started having problems in January 2025 with the Red Light turning off after being on for only about 2 minutes. I sent an email to the seller to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong with the product. I received a reply back in less than 24 hours from Cindy in the marketing department who asked me to explain the problem. After explaining the problem and sending them a video, Cindy and her marketing & management team kindly sent me a replacement. I will most defintely buy products sold by KTS again. Great customer service!

My husband saw this advertised and thought it would be good for our dog. Someone had shot her full of bb's in her front legs before she found us. We think they may bother her at times. One bb is close to the joint. I know her vet has used one on her for inflammation after rattlesnake bites. I checked it out and found out is good for humans also. So I thought it would be worth trying. Won't really know if it works on the dog. My husband tried it on his knuckles that were aching and after one use, was pain free. I had been bitten by a tick and all through the day that area hurt. When I got home I used the laser and the pain stopped. I also had aching knuckles and I could not crack them for relief. Again the laser took away the pain. I also had a large bruise and pain from a tree limb falling on my arm. (Yes, we are a hurting family!) I did have some relief from pain and maybe a lessening of the bruise, but a little hard to tell if that was due to just time or the laser. Either way, I am happy with results.

I received product in timely manner. Just started using the red light treatment, so can't evaluate if it will help with arthritis pain. I like that it came with a thorough pamphlet discussing red light and gave a guide as to how long and how many treatments are advised depending on condition. However, suggested to discuss with a health professional if uncertain about using. Also, states that the device is FDA approved. Hoping that with regular use, I will notice improvement with knee and hip arthritis!

This is so easy to use and fits my hand nicely. It doesn’t weigh much so it is easy to hold in place. The closer to my skin the warmer it feels but it has never been beyond a soft blanket on a chilly night kind of warm. I use this extensively with the battery lasting several days therefore it’s comforting to know when I pick it up it’s going to be ready.

I too had a problem with the first charge, although I did charge it for 5 hours first time per the booklet. It also took me a minute to figure out that you have to press the on switch a couple of times or hold down. I was being too careful at first - now I just keep pressing until it comes on if the battery indicator says it has life. It does seem to help my knees and otitis.
