I've tried a bunch of olive oils, including other flavors of Colavita. Colavita's Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is my absolute favorite. It has flavor, but it's not too bitter or overpowering. It's very versitile. I use it to brown meats, saute vegetables, as a dizzle on pasta, and in making vinegarettes. This has been my go-to EVO for many years now... Its great for cooking and in a pinch, for non cooking additions (salads, hummus, bread). Great flavor and touch of spice aftertaste. Highly recommend. edit: not sure why this happened, but did the price really jump $30 for the 101.4 tin???
