Item exactly as described and contains what's needed for up to 25 employees. On a cautionary note, at first the forms did not align with QuickBooks and using the align feature in QB could not fix that because the top employee on the page printed fine with aligning but there was no way to get the bottom employee to align. It printed too high if the top employee was aligned correctly. QB was not a help for many people trying to solve the dilemma. I searched the internet and found a solution. If you set Adobe Acrobat as the default program for pdfs for your computer, the forms print perfectly aligned. Many PCs now have Microsoft Edge as the default program for pdfs. Just go into the settings and change to Adobe Acrobat and the forms work great!

These were perfect! I didn’t need 25 but it was nice to have extra in case I had problems printing them. However I had zero issues with alignment!

could use with old software, from last year to do new w2's. was about $100 cheaper this way. only bad part was had to hand fill out w3.

I was skeptical at first about purchasing these but I said for the price I would give them a try and they worked perfect. I do the finances for a small business and these worked just great. I normally purchase them from Office Depot for double the price and I saw these on Amazon for half the price I said why not try them. Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased several brands of preprinted forms on Amazon. I found in another review the key to have them line up using QuickBooks is making sure the PDF Reader on a Windows PC is defaulted to Acrobat Reader. If you do that they will align good enough to send to Clients. It doesn’t seem to matter which Vendor’s form you choose. However my preference are the forms sold by Dutymark

These forms can't be aligned to work with my quickbooks. The first person on each form can be aligned to look right but it throws the bottom w-2 off so that it isn't aligned. If there is a way to fix this I haven't figured it out.

These forms are just what I needed. They mostly lined up with the boxes that Quickbooks put out. There was one minor alignment adjustment but very simple and only had to do it once. My inkjet printer did not maintain perfect alignment over a stack of ten sheets. However, when I used a laser printer, alignment was perfect for all the sheets. Reccommend that you print at best and slowest setting if you are using a cheap inkjet printer.
