Ordered three chairs, one leg came broken and another leg was cracked. Reached out to the company and they sent out two new chairs. They were very quick to respond and even quicker to ship out new chairs. The customer service was very personal as I spoke with the same lady each time and if she missed your call she would return. Now I will say the instructions are a bit confusing so it’s best to just put the chairs up your own way. The legs seem a bit fragile. I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting too much weight on these. The cushion is comfortable and the back is as well. They look very modern and fits perfectly for our space. Seems easy to clean but I purchased a fabric water shield for them bc I have toddlers. They are the perfect height for my counter. All in all I’d recommend for the price.

One of the chairs didn’t have holes to put the circular part to it. I was very upset but I didn’t let Amazon know. My chairs (3) are being used as tables and the one missing the holes is in the bathroom used as a hamper. :( They were easy to assemble.
