Buy this chair! I bought 2 of these chairs for our sitting room a year ago. They’ve held up perfectly with daily use and our two small dogs all over them. Not even a scratch on the faux leather from their claws, which truly is a testament to the quality of the upholstery. They have always felt sturdy, the reclining motor hasn’t given us any issues, and I was surprised I actually use the arm attachment for FaceTime. BUY IT. Especially if you’re a new mama. Quiet power recline, no trying to push the footstool down while your whole body (especially abdominals) hurts after having baby. Won’t wake baby either. The phone holder arm thingy is a must when you’re trying to feed or hold little one while reading on kindle app or FaceTiming family. Charger port a must when you’re online shopping during a 3 am feed 😉 The swivel is great for small spaces and the rocking is smooth and easy.     • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
The recliner itself seems to be very comfortable and hopefully it will prove to be durable for us. I would be fine to give this product 4-5 stars, but two parts were missing from our recliner upon delivery. The chair itself is intact, but we are missing a nut and arm piece that holds an iPhone/smartphone that is supposed to attach to the side of the chair. We emailed once, no response. After the second email, we were told that the parts were on backorder and would be mailed out shortly. A few weeks passed, another email was sent and we were told they will overnight us the parts, they never arrived. Our latest email has fallen on deaf ears too. We have not been able to get in touch with anyone over the phone either. The chair itself is comfortable and looks nice, but this company has atrocious customer service and I will never order from them again and will tell others to stay clear as well. ... show more

I bought this for our nursery. I'm very happy with the purchase. Pros: easy to set up, love the electronic lift for the feet and back. Liked that it will be easily wipeable for when baby is here, plus easy to keep pet hair brushed off of. Cons: it had a strong chemical smell on arrival and it was still noticeable when you sat in it for the first few days but that has since faded. ... show more

This was a great purchase. The recliner swiveled, rocked and was very comfortable in recline position. The attachment for the tablet/phone was a great idea. This was definitely good value for the money.

    • Good while it lasted...
The chair arrived in time and well packaged. Assembly was easy. The chair is fairly comfortable and compact enough to fit in our main bedroom. The chair was used during recovery after multiple surgeries. Over the year of use, the material has held up well. We do use a recliner seat cover, which has helped with wear. The chair is fairly tall compared to other chairs in the same price category. My husband is 6'2" 260 lb and he was comfortable in the chair through recovery. Now for the not great parts. After one year, the chair stopped working. We think it is a wiring issue as the USB only works Intermittently. We can hear the motor attempting to turn. I have reached out to support, but it has been over a year, so I am not sure how far we will get on that end. If the chair had a manual backup for the recliner function, I would have given it 3 or 4 stars. At this price, one year of use is not a good value. When shopping for a recliner for the babies nursery, we wanted some thing tough and comfortable. This recliner is also a glider for rocking motion and also a recliner to put up feet. I spend many hours in this comfortable recliner rocking my baby to sleep. Best Buy for my nursery.

Update, today we received the missing parts left out from the original package. That would up my review. I will say the chair is awesome and worth your time. First, the chair is awesome, however, package arrived missing iPad holder. 20 days since this arrived without the iPad holder. Company said they were out of stock.
