Customer service is one of the most important things to me and I must say that Colamy’s customer service is top notch. I had received the product and the leg hole was not cut correctly and some hardware was missing. I contacted the customer service via email and they responded within 24 hours and quickly resolved the problem, sending me a new stool. These stools are well made, easy to assemble, and are beautiful. They provide you with a small screw driver and if you were to use that, it would take you forever to screw everything in and difficult to get tight. I used a drill to make sure everything was in there tight.

UPDATE: The company has contacted me multiple times to see how to help. They eventually ended up sending me 2 new chairs to replace the 2 that broke. I’ll update once the issue is resolved ** I contacted the company after the chairs we received were very unstable. They ended up falling apart after about a month because of the instability even after putting them together correctly and have all of the screws tightened. The customer service so far has been giving ways to “fix” the problem, however this set of chairs seem completely defective. I’m honestly just really disappointed because these were the perfect chairs for our counter and it’s only been one month that we’ve had them! Other than the instability and the fact that they fell apart after a month, they looked great when they were first built.

I’m not sure if we were sent the wrong color or what happened but the color is WAY WAY off from what I ordered. There are also no directions so after we ultimately refinish them I can only imagine how long it’s going to take to put them together. **Update, the company called me and they are such nice people and immediately wanted to know how they could fix it for us. I appreciate that so much!
