Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this shimmer wall for a pool party. The colors are beautiful and soft, just as pictured. It was simple to put together. I like to use a paint can opener that comes free with paint purchases to press the plastic grids together. The same tool also gets in there and pops them apart quite easily, if you don't push the tabs completely tight.

Snaps together so easily! Dont let ppl diacourage you! It comes with zip ties but you really only need the zip ties to attach it to your backdrop etc. I thought I needed the zip toes to reinforce the snapped sections but the snaps work so well I had to get help unsnapping them. It's also a bit flexible & not so rigid that the plastic would break easliy. Also comes with extra replacement shimmers. All my original shimmers stayed on for the 1st setup & breakdown. Great for a last minute setup, this did the trick. Very easy setup no complications. The quality is great but could be better. It looks great and I ordered 3 boxes to complete this 8 x 10 pole. Worth the money, but I will be investing into something more heavy duty.
