The motorcycle gloves I ordered are very good and let me enjoy riding as it should be. They even work on a cell phone and a touch screen. But the thing that really stood out about these was the customer service. I haven't had customer service like this for years. The medium size that came was too small & tight to properly handle controls. I reached out to their customer service team and the situation was immediately resolved. The person that helped me, Alan, was polite, friendly, & responded immediately to any question that I had. Alan arranged for me to get the proper size and the replacement gloves arrived in a couple days. I was blown away by how easy the whole process was. Gloves are pretty good. Nice grip but I know they won’t last long. No palm protection. Knuckle protection is perfect as well as the sizing. Other than that, they feel and look very similar to my last gloves. And the grips wore off in about a month and a half so I expect the same. If there’s anything else positive with this product when I start using them shortly, I’ll be more than happy to raise the star. This purchase will be the last time I purchase a cheap pair of gloves.
