    • QUALITY SOIL
Plants really like it! I used it around my plants to replenish the nutrients after the winter, combined with a granular fertilizer, and the plants really like it. My hostas are now double the size of what they were last season. I am about to reorganize one of my beds and move some plants; I will use this soil to fill in the planting holes. As much as I'd love to fill up all my beds with this, the cost is far too prohibitive, there is not as much soil as with other brands per bag. The trade off it that each bag is lightweight enough to handle easily. If you are determined to amend your entire garden's poor soil and can bear the cost, I think you'd be very happy with the results. I would not use it in pots, it is too heavy for that, but you may be able to add other materials to make your own potting mix with this. ... show more
