  • Perfect Soil for Acid-Loving Plants – Highly Recommended!
I recently purchased the 20qt (Pack of 2) Organic and Natural Planting Soil specifically for my azaleas, hydrangeas, and blueberries, and I am beyond pleased with the results. If you’re growing acid-loving plants, this soil mix is a must-have! 🌱 Rich, Organic, and Well-Balanced This soil blend is 100% organic and nutrient-rich, providing the perfect pH balance to support healthy root development and vibrant plant growth. My plants showed noticeable improvements within a few weeks—greener leaves, stronger stems, and more blooms! 💧 Excellent Moisture Retention & Drainage One of the standout features is its great balance between moisture retention and drainage. The soil stays light and fluffy, preventing compaction while ensuring roots get the oxygen they need. It also retains enough moisture without becoming soggy, which is crucial for plants like rhododendrons and ferns. 🌿 Versatile & Easy to Use I’ve used this soil for potted plants, garden beds, and even repotting indoor ferns, and it has worked wonderfully in every scenario. The pre-mixed formula saves time, making it super convenient for both beginners and experienced gardeners. Final Verdict: If you’re growing azaleas, hydrangeas, rhododendrons, ferns, or berries, this organic planting soil is a fantastic choice. It promotes healthy root growth, better blooms, and vibrant foliage, making it well worth the investment. Highly recommended for any gardener! ... show more

  • Good product
pH is great for plants like blueberries. If you want to start out easy, this is the way to go as additives take time to change pH levels.

  • Growing blueberries
Very nice earthy soil. Thought I’d try it out with pot it blueberries thought about mixing it with regular soil, but I’ll try it like this. Just have two bushes. Amended it with some black cow manure. See how it works. Purchase four bags

  • Really nice healthy soil (updated October 2022)
I only have two complaints. I've ordered four bags and in one of them a large alive grey jumping spider was found. That's the only bug I saw but it gave me a good spook when my hand brushed against it. It also ascended to God knows where in my house afterwards. My second issue was bag number three had a hole in the top part where a seam is supposed to be. It was in the middle of the seam and about two inches long I didn't take a picture because it wasn't really a big deal and not much soil leaked out anyways. The soil seemed fine as well. Besides all of that, it really is a nice dark soil with healthy amounts of mulch in it. The bags aren't super heavy and I appreciate it. For future buyers, be very careful when cutting open the box because you can very easily slice the bag in it while doing so. I'm using this soil for my Meyer lemon and I might come back in a few months with an update on it's growth. Update: it's been seven months and my Meyer lemon has had no issues with this soil. I've of course mixed it with some sand, perlite, and dry citrus fertilizer before potting the Meyer lemon since they can be picky. Anyways I've got small lemons growing on my tree now and it is very happy. This soil is great! ... show more

  • Fantastic soil
I mixed mine with a hefty amount of vermiculite to help with the 90 degree plus summer heat. Then mixed in some Coast of Maine lobster shell & kelp fertilizer. Used it to plant 60 everbearing strawberry slips & then mulched in thickly with pine needles I had raked up & reserved for my spring project. My plants are healthy & huge & are already producing berries. I would not hesitate to purchase this soil again. The results speak for the product.
