Such a cute bag I got it in pink, the leather is so nice and it’s so well crafted. It’s on the small size so I don’t use a wallet while I use the bag but I don’t mind it still holds a good amount of stuff but clasp does getting used too just make sure not too over fill the bag or it’ll be hard to undo the clasp even tho the bag doesn’t have a zipper the clasp is enough to keep everything inside the bag I’ve had the bag for 2 weeks now and the leather has really set in nicely I have no issue stuffing the bag with more stuff now. They really don’t show accurately how big purses are and sometimes they’ll open it up and they’ll show all they can fit in it, but that’s not really accurate because this type of purse has a hook will a class that you have to open and hook onto a circle at the bottom so all I can fit in there is my wallet and Lipgloss, I can’t even fit my phone in it or it won’t close. The length is OK it’s just the width of it is not deep enough so it really is a purse to use if you only need your wallet and lipstick and maybe some other tiny item in there but Unless you take everything out of your wallet and just stick your ID in the side pocket, you could fit your phone and a couple of lip glosses or something but I have a matching pink coach wallet and it’s not even that big and I can’t fit my phone in it. I actually wish I had returned it, but it’s too late now because I got rid of the package it came in and it did not come in a coach box by the way. It just came wrapped in tissue paper so someone bought it and Re-sold it to me that’s another thing I don’t like is that even if you’re buying from a private seller which I didn’t know I was why don’t they just keep it in the box and send it to their customers like that? Because I looked up the price of what I paid and what it cost if you bought it from a coach store and it’s exactly the same except you don’t get the coach box or the silky white coach bag that you could put your person into for safekeeping so it doesn’t get dusty or fade you don’t get any of that but then they charge you full price. So I actually regret buying the purse, but like I said, it’s too late now. If I had bought it from the store, I would be perfectly happy, but I’m not happy with the fact of how the seller sent it to me. I did buy a coach wallet that was the same price is buying it as a coach store and that was brand new and I don’t regret buying the wallet at all but the purse I think someone bought it for themselves and then decided to resell it and they should’ve said that And the price should’ve been cut down because packages items wasn’t packaged like a coach item and that’s not cool

I wanted to show you it does in fact come with all the proper factory protective wrappings. I saw some reviews that the packing was substandard, but that was not my experience. Maybe those reviewers received previously returned items? Pros: great design for when you want a small bag you can tuck under your arm and have both hands free at an event. It is thin enough to be unobtrusive and light weight while still having a bit of style. It holds just enough to get you through a few hours out, but probably not large enough for an every day work bag. See the highlighter pen in the second image for scale. Cons: The strap. It's thin and will take some wear for the kinks to work out of the leather. The same goes for the little kinks at the bottom of the bag. These will probably relax with some wear and with the weight of items in the bag for a while. I'm not concerned about it because it is for casual wear. But if you need this for an event with photos where you must look meticulous, know this is how it arrives out of the box and give yourself time to get it in perfect shape. I would have preferred a slightly thicker strap but it's not a deal breaker for me. Got it at a great sale price so I can't complain.

I'm not very happy with this purchase. It appears that I've been sent a bag that was previously used or returned. The tag wasn't attached to the bag, the inside of the clasp is tarnished and it came stuffed in an open bag.
