Crossgrain leather doesn’t feel near as quality as my other handful of crossgrain leather bags from Coach do. Hardware (at least on the black w/ silver hardware version) isn’t the shiny heavy silver I’ve always gotten, but rather light feeling, cheap looking matte silver. Another thing I noticed is the serial number doesn’t match the original outlet version of this bag, and not made in same country. One is Myanmar and one is Philippines. Serial numbers aren’t even the same despite both being the Lillie Caryall full size in black with silver hardware- see pics for purse from Amazon vs my family member’s bag. (Bummer she won’t sell me hers.) Not saying this one is not real, just saying I think these were made for Amazon and they’re less quality than I’m used to for a Coach outlet purse. And for the price of $280, well you can get yourself a retail Coach purse. Not a fan- and for the price vs quality, I sent back quicker than I have any other item I’ve ever returned on Amazon before. Highly disappointed Coach would put out a bag of this low quality. My hunt for the original Lillie in black w/ silver hardware continues… ... show more
