Well packaged. I like the bag but had to return it because there were missing crystals in some areas of the bag. I'm returning it and re-purchasing. I hope this time, all the crystals are intact. The bag is more beautiful in person. The pictures does not do it justice. Like the versatility, it can be used as a shoulder bag or a crossbody.
