We really like this thing. It works better than our old metal handled ones. I was somewhat skeptical that it would be durable enough with the plastic handles. But it feels quite robust.     • Superb for small (Mexican or Key) lime juicing.
Background: We have a Vinci juicer that, for normal-sized fruit including Persian limes, lemons, oranges and smaller grapefruit, is really great. However, it doesn't work well with small limes. I found this out recently when I attempted to juice some Key limes. I ended up having squeeze each lime shell in my hand to get all of the juice the Vinci missed. The Chef'n FreshForce juicer caught my eye as being very well built, so I ordered it and tried it. All I can say is wonderful. Put the lime half into the squeezer, cut face down, and squeeze. That lime has given up all of its juice. I was very quickly able to turn 15 Key limes into 3/4 cup of fresh lime juice. If you've ever squeezed Key limes you'll understand that that's a success story. This is another example of having the right tool for the job. ... show more

    • Limes Had More Juice
I’ve always hand squeezed limes, but my daughter recommended this because we want to make our own margaritas, not using a mix. Holy cow, there’s a lot more juice than I was ever able to squeeze by hand or by using a reamer. Highly recommend if you need lots of lime juice!

    • Love this lime juicer!
With older hands this juicer makes it a breeze to get all the juice out of fresh limes. It is big enough that I also use it for lemons and small oranges and satsumas. Love being able to have fresh juice for my beverages and cooking. I have bought this items for friends and family as well.

    • Best Lime squeezer Ever
I have used other products that say they are good for limes and lemons and found that I can squeeze more out with my hand. This product is great, it gets every drop out. Now my margaritas are even better. Cut the lime in half, then one half in half and then into a quarter, put a slit in that piece and wipe it on the rim of the glass. Dip and rotate the glass in the salt (kosher salt is great). Put that piece and the other parts if that lime half in the squeezer and squeeze into the glass, the repeat with the other half of the lime. Add ice cubes to the glass, then 2 fingers of tequila, a generous splash of Cointreau, fill with a margarita mix or sweet and sour, then stir. Top with a float of Grand Marinier. Enjoy! ... show more

    • Cute, but no better than the usual
The handle is just too flexible to allow you to really crush the lime. After an initial squeeze, we pile two halves into the Juicer to get the last 30-40% of the juice.
